Terms & Conditions — 999dt Platform Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 999dt platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services offered to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager on 999dt.
All users must be at least 18 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted. 999dt reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
All transactions on 999dt — including deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers — are subject to these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirements.
Each player may hold only one registered account on 999dt. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms are communicated at the time of offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Any form of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. 999dt employs active fraud detection and will terminate accounts found in breach of these rules.

Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a 999dt player.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision. References to "including" mean "including without limitation". Where these Terms refer to a number of days, that period begins on the day following the relevant event.
Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the 999dt platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional terms, rules, or guidelines that may be published on the platform from time to time, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Acceptance is effective at the earliest of: (a) the moment you complete the 999dt registration process; (b) the moment you place your first bet or wager on the platform; or (c) the moment you make your first deposit. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
If you are accessing 999dt on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" and "Player" shall include both the individual accessing the platform and the legal entity on whose behalf access is made.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 999dt with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, agreements, or warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register and maintain an active account on 999dt, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 999dt is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access, registration, or participation by any individual under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted to participate in betting or gaming activities on the platform.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party when placing bets or conducting any financial transaction on 999dt.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of 999dt or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
- You must not have been previously self-excluded from 999dt or had a prior account terminated by 999dt for breach of these Terms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
999dt employs automated and manual age-verification checks during the registration process. The platform uses third-party identity verification services to cross-reference submitted information. Players who provide false age or identity information are in material breach of these Terms and may have their accounts terminated and winnings voided.
If 999dt discovers at any point that a player has been using the platform while under the age of 18, 999dt will: (i) immediately suspend the account; (ii) void all bets and transactions conducted while the player was underage; (iii) return deposited funds (excluding any winnings generated) to the payment method used for deposit; and (iv) report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Account Registration and Security
To access real-money betting and gaming services on 999dt, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in full. Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different contact details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate and current information:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
- Date of birth (confirming you are 18 or older)
- A valid, active email address to which you have sole access
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for SMS verification and account security
- Your preferred deposit and withdrawal method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account details, etc.)
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999dt account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party for any reason. 999dt will never ask you to reveal your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone.
In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999dt support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). 999dt will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
999dt reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement dated within the past three months. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 999dt may be temporarily suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the 999dt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 999dt supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available)
The minimum deposit amount on 999dt is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 999dt balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the banking institution's internal processing times.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed the full KYC identity verification process before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practice.
- Any bonus credits received must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
- 999dt processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during peak periods such as BPL or IPL tournament days.
- 999dt reserves the right to conduct additional security verification on any withdrawal request that it considers unusual or potentially fraudulent, which may result in extended processing times.
999dt does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or mobile financial services provider) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 999dt's control. Players are advised to check the applicable fee schedule with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on 999dt are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — cricket betting, live casino, slot games, entertainment games, or fishing games. These product-specific rules are published within each respective section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The following general betting rules apply across all 999dt products:
- A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed by the 999dt system and a unique bet reference number has been issued to the player.
- Bets placed using bonus credits are subject to the restrictions applicable to the relevant bonus offer, including minimum odds requirements for sports bets and excluded game lists for casino and slot products.
- In the event of a technical failure, network interruption, or system error that affects the settlement of a bet, 999dt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. This determination is made at 999dt's sole discretion and is final.
- For cricket betting specifically, 999dt follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method rulings for matches affected by weather interruptions. Specific cricket bet settlement rules are published in the Cricket Betting section of the platform.
- Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player account tier.
- 999dt reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where unusual betting patterns are detected or where the platform's liability exposure on a single event exceeds acceptable thresholds.
For casino and slot games, all titles on 999dt use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel. 999dt does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of RNG-certified games.
Bonuses and Promotions
999dt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the following general bonus rules:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new bonus offer will forfeit any existing uncompleted bonus balance.
- Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering completion. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely from a specific bonus offer. Contribution rates are published within each bonus offer's specific terms.
- Minimum Odds for Sports Bets: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, individual bet legs must meet a minimum odds threshold as specified in the bonus terms to qualify for wagering contribution.
- Bonus Abuse: 999dt actively monitors player activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including placing low-risk hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements. 999dt reserves the right to void bonus credits and associated winnings, and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
- Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain bonus offers carry a maximum cashout cap on winnings generated from bonus credits. This cap is stated in the individual offer terms.
999dt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if it determines that the offer is being abused or if technical circumstances require it. Players who have already opted in and begun meeting wagering requirements before such modification will be treated fairly on a case-by-case basis.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999dt platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Multi-Accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on 999dt, regardless of whether the accounts are registered under the same or different names.
- Identity Fraud: Registering under a false name, providing forged identity documents, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated cricket betting to exploit mispriced odds.
- Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, automated betting systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that is not the result of genuine human decision-making in real time.
- Advantage Play Abuse: Systematically exploiting technical errors, platform glitches, miscalculated odds, or any other unintended platform behaviour to gain a financial advantage beyond what is reasonably available to ordinary players.
- Money Laundering: Using 999dt as a vehicle to launder funds obtained through criminal activity or to circumvent financial regulations applicable in Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
- Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to your 999dt account. Players who initiate unauthorised chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and will be liable for the full amount reversed plus any administrative costs incurred by 999dt.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward 999dt staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
Account Suspension and Closure
999dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳50 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated
- Regulatory or legal requirement to do so
Players may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting 999dt customer support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days, subject to standard KYC checks.
Players seeking to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because they feel gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing — are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in their account dashboard rather than simply closing their account. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999dt's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 999dt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
999dt expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, and whether or not such losses were foreseeable or 999dt had been advised of their possibility:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Loss of business opportunity or goodwill
- Loss of data or corruption of data
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage
- Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, technical failures, or Force Majeure events
- Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or from unauthorised account access resulting from the player's negligence
- Losses arising from decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 999dt's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
999dt provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 999dt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal operating policies of 999dt.
In the event of a dispute between a player and 999dt, the following escalation procedure applies:
- Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The player should contact 999dt customer support in the first instance, providing full details of the complaint and the desired resolution. Our support team aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
- Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the player is not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, they may escalate the complaint formally by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link) with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full written account of the dispute, including any relevant bet reference numbers and transaction IDs. 999dt's compliance team will review and respond within 14 business days.
- Step 3 — Final Decision: Following the Step 2 review, 999dt will issue a final written decision. This decision represents 999dt's final position on the matter.
Players are reminded that gambling debts and winnings are not legally enforceable through courts in all jurisdictions. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that any dispute resolution shall follow the process outlined above and that you will not seek to enforce gambling-related claims through local courts in Bangladesh except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Amendments to These Terms
999dt reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform features, payment methods, or operational policy. All amendments take effect from the date they are published on the platform unless a later effective date is expressly stated.
Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects a player's rights or obligations — 999dt will provide advance notice of at least seven (7) days by sending a notification to the email address registered to the player's account. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions of new game-specific rules) may be made without prior notice.
It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically and to ensure you are familiar with the current version. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 999dt platform after any amendment has been published and any required notice period has elapsed constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the 999dt platform and to request voluntary account closure in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 9 above. 999dt will process the closure and return any eligible real-money balance in accordance with those procedures.
These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. They supersede all prior versions published on the 999dt platform.
